Terms and Conditions for Membership and Client Engagement with D-lifestyle Management
Membership Eligibility:
By becoming a member or client of D-lifestyle Management ("D-lifestyle.com"), you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Service Agreement:

Limitation of Liability:
D-lifestyle.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Termination of Services:
D-lifestyle.com reserves the right to terminate services for any client who violates the terms and conditions or engages in inappropriate conduct.
Intellectual Property:
All content, logos, and materials provided by D-lifestyle.com are protected by copyright and may not be used without explicit permission.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.
Indemnification:
Clients agree to indemnify and hold D-lifestyle.com harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of our services.
Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements.
Cancellation Policy:
Once payment is made, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
